The Worldwide Cultural Exchange Program (WCEP) is an organization based in Toronto that manages student exchange programs from 16 countries known for having the highest quality education systems, primarily including the Canadian Ministry of Education. WCEP focuses on bringing different cultures together in a personal family environment to create lifelong friendships while also emphasizing high academic achievement and social skills.
As the Turkey Office of WCEP, it works in coordination with the Ministry of National Education of the Republic of Turkey, fully compliant with laws and regulations, directly contributing to the promotion of our country. It operates based on the principles of KÜDEP, defined in Article 28 of the Regulation on Secondary Education Institutions of the Ministry of National Education and Article 10 of the Implementation Guidelines for International Diploma and Certificate Programs, providing cultural and academic experiences for high school students.
