PROCESS MANAGEMENT
Our students and our Guidance Unit team come together through orientation training and our process begins.
The process monitoring of our Guidance Unit team starts with the moment of flight of our accepted students and continues at regular intervals for 10 months after check-in at the airport.
Each of our students is called regularly by the guidance unit.
Our Guidance Unit team is positioned as the solution point for all kinds of health, psychological and academic problems that our students will encounter during the 10-month period.
Any student who encounters a problem is closely monitored by our Guidance Unit team until the problem is resolved, and our students can reach the Guidance Unit officials 24/7 if they need it.
