PDPL POLICY
1. Data Controller
This clarification text has been prepared by WCEP DEĞİŞİM PROGRAMI ULUSLARARASI EĞİTİM HİZMETLERİ LTD. ŞTİ., acting as the data controller, in accordance with the PDP Law No. 6698 in order to provide detailed explanations and information regarding the processing of your personal data. 2. Personal Data Processing Purposes
During the process of e-bulletin registration and information entry through our company's website, your personal data belonging to the "identity and communication" categories are processed limited to the following purposes: Ability to share commercial electronic messages such as information, announcements, promotions, marketing, events, special day celebrations that are planned to be made by our company through e-bulletin.
Planning actions to increase the brand value of our company and designing communication, promotion, and marketing strategies.
3. Personal Data Transfer
Your personal data is shared with the following recipient groups, limited to the reasons that require transfer: Relevant public institutions and organizations to the extent permitted and required by the legislation in order to fulfill our company's obligations under the law; our lawyers and judicial authorities in order to exercise our legal rights; technical support companies providing services for the establishment, development and maintenance of technical infrastructure/electronic systems; and "Message Management System" platform established to manage commercial electronic message permissions and complaint processes within the scope of the "Law on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce" and relevant legislation.
4. Personal Data Collection Method and Legal Grounds
Your personal data is collected electronically by entering information into the e-bulletin form on our website and is processed based on the legal grounds of "explicit consent" specified in Article 5/1 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698.
5. Rights of the Relevant Person (Data Subjects)
