EXPLICIT CONSENT STATEMENT
With the clarification text sent byWCEP DEĞİŞİM PROGRAMI ULUSLARARASI EĞİTİM HİZMETLERİ LTD. ŞTİ., acting as the data controller; the identity of the data controller, personal data categories to be processed, personal data processing purposes, data transfer recipient groups, collection methods and legal grounds, and my rights are explained in detail and clearly, and this clarification text has been read by me. Accordingly, it is stated that I can access more detailed information from the personal data retention and destruction policy at "www.wcep.org" and the records in the VERBIS system.
In addition to all the issues specified in the clarification text, I give consent with my free will, being aware of all the meanings and consequences of my statement and the possible future consequences, to processing of my "name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number, company name, country, city, address" information and its sharing with companies that provide SMS and e-mail sending services and companies that provide marketing consultancy services, with the data controller have a contractual relationship, provided that this is limited to the purposes of communicating with me and sending e-mails and SMS to me in accordance with the "Law on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce" and all relevant sub-legislation, for events and special day celebrations with personalized marketing activities such as product-service promotion, gifts, discounts, new opportunities and special offers, announcements, advertisements, and campaigns.
