2024-2025 Academic Year High School Ambassadors Orientation Camp Completed Successfully
First Day at the High School Ambassadors Orientation Camp!
In the 2024-2025 academic year, the High School Ambassadors who have earned the right to study in Canada, the USA, and Europe have joined us by successfully completing the exam and interview processes. Welcomed with the support of the High School Ambassadors Alumni Association, they had an exciting orientation camp experience.
Our orientation camp began with a moment of silence in honor of Mustafa Kemal Atatürk and the singing of the National Anthem. Afterwards, WCEP General Manager Mr. Serdar Aydın and Deputy General Manager Mr. Özgür Özmeral delivered their opening speeches. The High School Ambassadors met the "Returnees," who are members of our alumni association, and learned about the guidance services they will receive throughout the year. Later in the day, the interactive training by Expert Instructor Mr. Musa Akgül attracted great interest.
Excitement of the Second Day!
The second day of the camp began with training sessions by Expert Instructor Mr. Musa Akgül. The High School Ambassadors met with the Heads of International Student Departments from different provinces of the Canadian Ministry of Education and received detailed information about the regions they will be going to. Later in the day, they gained valuable insights from the trainings by Expert Instructor Mr. Ali Koç and AKK International Programs Director Ms. Gamze Önem.
Third Day: Moments Full of Knowledge
On the third day of the camp, former President of the Board of Education and Discipline and Rector of Mudanya University, Prof. Dr. Emin Karip, met with the High School Ambassadors and shared important information. Afterwards, WCEP Chairman of the Board Mr. Volkan Cerrahoğlu and members of the High School Ambassadors Alumni Association provided guidance on course selection and school life. In the afternoon, Neuroscientist Prof. Dr. Sinan Canan broadened the young people's horizons with his presentation titled "The Brave Youth of the New World."
Final Day: Closing and Award Ceremony
The fourth day began with a speech by the Vice Chairman of the Canadian Institute, Mr. Özgür Yavaş. WCEP Director of Academic External Relations Management, Ms. Deniz Sakmarlı, provided important information about flight and travel processes. At the end of the day, the fatigue of the camp was relieved with a breath therapy session by Breath Coach Mr. Alper Akaryıldız. The camp ended with a motivational speech by the Founder of Future Stars, Mr. Murat Gözet, and an award ceremony by WCEP Chairman of the Board Mr. Volkan Cerrahoğlu.
The High School Ambassadors Orientation Camp concluded with a commemorative photo session, ready for the 2024-2025 academic year.
