Canadian High School Students Are Coming to Turkey for the First Time!

The Turkey Exchange Programs Begin at Kabataş High School
As part of the WCEP Intercultural Student Exchange Program, Canadian high school students are coming to Turkey for the very first time. The program kicks off at Kabataş High School.
Through this exciting initiative, students will have the chance to experience the Turkish education system, live with host families, learn Turkish, and explore the country’s rich historical and cultural heritage. Starting in Istanbul and expanding to various cities across Turkey, this experience will offer young participants both academic and cultural inspiration.
Building Cultural Bridges
Volkan Cerrahoğlu, Chairman of the Board of WCEP and The Canadian Institute, shared his thoughts on the program:
“This program is more than just an exchange; it lays the foundation for intercultural understanding, global perspective, and lasting friendships. As these students start to know Turkey more closely, they will also help strengthen the social and academic ties between our two countries.”
